Our third meeting was held on Apr 30, 2007 at the house of Bruce Windell. The attendants were (Chairman) Bruce Windell, Mark Wiseman, Lester Rhoads, Lillian (Lasley) Rhodes, Veronica (Schilmiller) Dishman, and William Blair. Also attending via telephone was Jim McGraw.
We were able to pick up a few good addresses at this meeting. For the remaining addresses that are unknown, it was proposed to use a search service where we can access their data for 24 hours for a small fee. This will be completed before the next mailing.
We finalized the arrangements for catering. We decided that we would have the dinner with unlimited sodas.
We confirmed that we would use a DJ and would require that they keep the music to a conversation friendly volume level.
Since the club requires a certain lead time on catering requests, it was decided that the RSVPs should be back by May 31 to give us enough time to deal with that issue.
Dress will be casual.
The times will be 6:30 PM till they kick us out.
Price for the dinner was set at $17.50 per person.
Unfortunately I didn't bring my camera to this meeting, so you will have to image us all busy holding a very formal and correct meeting.
